General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the baj77 platform and all services under it. baj77 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides slot games, cricket betting, live casino and other gaming services for Bangladeshi users.

Account Management

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. baj77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Account Currency

All transactions on baj77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Account balance, bonuses and winnings will always be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account remains inactive for 12 (twelve) months or more, baj77 may mark that account as an "inactive account". An administrative fee may be applied to inactive accounts. The user will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on baj77 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). This limit applies to all payment methods. The following methods can be used to make deposits:

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). The standard processing time for a withdrawal request is 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• If a KYC verification process is ongoing.
• If the bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Due to technical issues or problems with the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where possible.

4.3 Transaction Transparency

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following terms apply to claiming this bonus:

• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP level depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. Cashback amounts are generally credited to your account at the start of each week.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

baj77 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and any associated winnings may be forfeited. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device will be treated as fraud.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

baj77 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent environment in all games. All games on our platform are provided by independent and certified technology providers. The outcome of every game is determined entirely through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Game Cancellation and Technical Errors

If a game is cancelled due to a technical error or server issue, the bet for that round will be returned to the user's account. Any abnormal winnings displayed due to a software error will not be considered valid and baj77 is not obligated to pay that amount.

6.3 Bet Limits

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the baj77 platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account at any time. If there is a withdrawable balance in the account before closure, please withdraw it first. The option to reopen the account within a certain period may not be available.

12.2 Closure by baj77

baj77 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Section 07 (Prohibited Activities).
• Registration through false identity or fraud.
• When required to meet legal obligations.
• If misuse of a bonus or promotion is proven.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance (if applicable) will be returned within 30 days, unless there is a reason for it to be forfeited.
